The 533 Decatur Street Renovation is the conversion of a blighted former warehouse and office building into the new production and events space for Old Fourth Distillery. The Project includes the demolition of the older office portion of the building to make way for a new metal building that will contain the distillery’s administrative office space, retail space, and two leasable events spaces. Within the existing warehouse portion of the building, Epsten Group is upgrading the existing building water and power infrastructure to serve the facilities new distillation equipment, which will produce a wide array of products. Other elements of the project include a roof deck with stunning views of the Atlanta skyline to the northwest, a new storage building, and modifications to the existing site and parking lot to bring the project into compliance with the City of Atlanta’s Low Impact Development requirements for stormwater management.
