Epsten Group provided Level 2 Energy Audits and Retro-Commissioning services for the Brittain Dining Hall and Addition at Georgia Institute of Technology which consists of approximately 21,000 square feet between to the spaces on a single floor. HVAC equipment serving the facility is located on the roof of the building. The process concluded the Investigation Phase whereby performance of building systems was completed and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs) were identified and checked for payback against a baseline energy model that Epsten Group developed. The project recently completed the Implementation Phase and the FIMs utilized were functionally tested and the performance improvements tracked.
