Congratulations to our Recent Graduate

Epsten Group’s Carmen Evans was among the 2018 – 2019 graduating class of the AIA Georgia Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). The purpose of this competitive program is to equip the next generation of leaders in architecture with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve the built environment.

Christopher Kelly, the program’s namesake, was a notable leader in the American Institute of Architects who participated in the development of initiatives that had significant impacts on emerging professionals. The program emphasizes his legacy of leadership by selecting 16 design professionals to collaborate and learn throughout nine sessions. The CKLDP sessions cover entrepreneurship and firm management, client development, industry trends, negotiation, collaboration, and development of each participant’s future in the architectural industry.
